SEATTLE — All lanes of westbound Interstate 90 have reopened after a large recycling truck rolled over in Seattle.
The crash near Rainier Avenue South was reported at around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
Traffic is getting by on the shoulder, but the backup is about three miles long, and drivers should avoid the area.
The driver of the truck is hurt, but the severity of their injuries is not yet known, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson.
WSDOT is still alerting and suggesting drivers to take alternate routes as backups are still affecting roads connecting to I-90 and I-5.
