TUKWILA, Wash. — All lanes of southbound Interstate 5 at Interurban Avenue South in Tukwila have reopened after a rollover crash Saturday evening.
Fire medics and law enforcement called to the scene said a vehicle rolled over.
The driver, the only occupant, had to be pulled from the car, Washington State Patrol trooper Rick Johnson said.
The driver was taken to the hospital and was in serious condition.
Johnson said the driver was driving erratically before the collision and was suspected of driving under the influence.
The crash caused a backup that stretched for several miles.
The crash is under investigation.
