Russell Wilson, Bobby Wagner selected as Pro Bowl starters

SEATTLE — Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner have been selected as starters for the 2020 Pro Bowl.

The NFL released the Pro Bowl rosters Tuesday night. The game will be played on Jan. 26 in Orlando, Florida.

Wilson ranks third in the NFL with 28 touchdown passes and has thrown just five interceptions this season. Wilson has now made the Pro Bowl in seven of his eight seasons in the NFL.

Wagner ranks second in the NFL with 139 total tackles and has also added two sacks and an interception this season. Wagner has now made the Pro Bowl six times in his eight seasons in the NFL.

In addition to Wilson and Wagner, seven Seahawks were named alternates to the Pro Bowl: left tackle Duane Brown, running back Chris Carson, defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, safety Quandre Diggs, cornerback Shaquill Griffin, guard Mike Iupati and receiver Tyler Lockett.

The 11-3 Seahawks are in first place in the NFC and will host the Arizona Cardinals at CenturyLink Field on Sunday.
