Safeway, Albertsons hiring hundreds across Western Washington at Tuesday job fair

SEATTLE — Safeway and Albertsons stores are hiring for hundreds immediate openings at stores across Western Washington Tuesday.

Available jobs include positions in the deli, meat, bakery, produce, fuel stations and customer service departments. Stores also need delivery drivers, cashiers, courtesy clerks and people to fill curbside pickup orders.

Candidates should apply online before the job fair at careersatsafeway.com or albertsons.com.

Applicants can then visit any Safeway or Albertsons store in Western Washington for open interviews on Tuesday from noon to 6 p.m.

In-store employees receive paid training and employee discounts. All employees are eligible to receive benefits and paid vacation.

Full and part-time delivery drivers will receive paid training, employee discounts, benefits, a pension and paid vacation. No commercial driver’s license is required.
