SEATTLE — Fresh off a win over the Arizona Cardinals, the Seattle Seahawks will look to improve their record to 4-1 when they host the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday.
Jadeveon Clowney returned an interception for a touchdown, Chris Carson ran for over 100 yards for the first time this season and Will Dissly caught his team-high fourth touchdown pass of the season in Seattle's 27-10 win.
The Rams, meanwhile, are coming off a 55-40 home loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
LA fell down 21-0 early in the second quarter, but was able to fight back
Leading 48-40 with under two minutes to play, Buccaneers defensive tackle Ndamukong Sun returned a Jared Goff fumble 37 yards for a touchdown to seal the victory for Tampa Bay.
Goff finished the game with a career high 517 passing yards, but also turned the ball over four times in the Rams' loss.
The Seahawks lost both matchups against the Rams last year – but by only a combined seven points.
In both losses last year, the Seahawks were dominant on the ground – running for an average of 231.5 yards per game.
Thursday's game is the first of five nationally-televised games the Seahawks are scheduled to play this season.
The Seahawks lead the all-time series against the Rams 23-19.
