Mariners’ President of Baseball Operations Jerry Dipoto announced Monday that the club has invited 24 non-roster players to Major League spring training this month.
The 24 players invited include 13 pitchers and 11 position players.
“This spring’s invitees provide us with an exciting mix of top prospects in our organization and experienced players who have the potential to make an immediate impact,” Dipoto said in a news release. “These players make up a great complementary group to our Major League, 40-man roster players in camp.”
The pitchers who were invited include:

- RHP David Ellingson
- RHP Matt Festa
- RHP George Kirby
- RHP Travis Kuhn
- LHP Ian McKinney
- RHP Levi Stoudt
- RHP Devin Sweet
- RHP Patrick Weigel
- LHP Brandon Williamson
- RHP Asher Wojciechowski
- LHP Danny Young
The position players invited include:
- C Jake Anchia
- C Josh Morgan
- C Brian O’Keefe
- INF Jose Caballero
- INF Noelvi Marte
- INF Erick Mejia
- OF Zach DeLoach
- OF Jack Larsen
- OF Marcus Wilson
- OF Forrest Wall
- INF/OF Sam Haggerty
Of the 24 players invited, 19 were members of the Mariners organization during the 2021 season and 13 were originally drafted or signed by Seattle. Three invitees (Elías, Festa, Haggerty) have appeared in Major League games with the Mariners.
