SEATTLE, Wash. — Seattle Police officers arrested seven people this month during a drug bust in the Chinatown-International District and Belltown.
It happened on January 3 at about 6 p.m.
Officers searched the 12th Avenue South and South Jackson area, where five people were arrested with drugs on them.
Two others were arrested in Belltown.
Police say they seized more than 265 grams worth of drugs, including meth, fentanyl, and crack cocaine. They also seized over $680 in cash and two knives.
The suspects were booked into the King County Jail on suspicion of narcotics-related charges.
12th and Jackson has become a problem area for the city.
On December 20, officers arrested 14 people during a sweep of the area.
In November, it was the site of a mass stabbing; 10 people were hurt in two days.
