Two men were killed, two people were injured and a suspect was taken into custody after shootings in Seattle's Lake City neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, police said.

Officials said there were multiple crime scenes.

Timeline of crime scenes

After 4 p.m., the suspect approached a driver near Sand Point Way Northeast and Bartlett Avenue Northeast. Investigators said the suspect shot and injured the driver,  56-year-old Deborah Judd. She was taken to Harborview Medical Center, where she is in satisfactory condition Thursday morning.

Investigators said the suspect walked into the street and fired at a King County Metro bus.

Metro officials tweeted the bus driver on Route 75 was shot and was taken to Harborview Medical Center where he remains in satisfactory condition Thursday. The driver, 53-year-old Eric Stark, turned the bus around away from the suspect. Twelve passengers were onboard and they were not injured.

Witness John Barrett described the scene to KIRO 7.

"I was working in the garage, heard firecrackers. And then I opened the door, then I noticed the bus trying to back up extremely fast," Barrett said.

The suspect then approached another driver in a red Prius and opened fire. The driver, who was later identified as 76-year-old Bob Hassan, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers arrived at the scene and located the suspect, but he got into the Prius and sped away.

As he fled, the suspect crashed into another vehicle. The driver in the other vehicle was 75-year-old Robert Lee; he died in the crash.

After a brief standoff, officers took the suspect, later identified by Seattle police as Tad Norman, into custody. Chopper 7 was over the scene; watch the video below.

Norman, a 33-year-old Sand Point resident, was taken to Harborview Medical Center with minor injuries. He was discharged Wednesday night and booked into the King County Jail for investigation of homicide, robbery and assault Thursday.

Police still have not released Norman's motive. They did say he may have been under the influence of drugs at the time of shootings.
