EVERTT, Wash. — A fire that broke out at a Judd and Black Appliance store in Everett in September has been ruled an arson, a team of fire and police investigators announced Wednesday.
The two-alarm fire began as an arson outside of the business around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 and quickly spread inside the building located at 3001 Hewitt Ave., officials said.
The building later suffered a partial collapse.
Investigators said they have followed possible leads to identify a suspect, but have not made any arrests.
