A wildfire dubbed the Seven Bays Fire in Lincoln County has burned 700 to 800 acres and is 0% contained, the Washington State Department of Natural Resources said Monday.
The fire started Sunday and is 12 miles northwest of Davenport.
Officials said crews have made good progress building a trail around the fire.
While evacuations remain in place with some road closures, the fire is burning timber and plants.

Up in Pend Oreille County, firefighters are fighting the Boulder Mountain Fire.
The wildfire has burned more than 1,200 acres since it was sparked by lightning on Wednesday.
The fire is located nine miles Northwest of Cusick, Washington.
Officials said the terrain is difficult and the fire is burning heavy timber, slash and beetle-infested trees.
Aircraft used in fighting the fire have played a major role in slowing its growth, officials said.
Crews have also been using dozers, masticators (a piece of machinery to chew up small-to-medium diameter trees to reduce the height of fuel) and other resources to build and strengthen containment lines.
Firefighters are also battling the White River and Irving Peak fires in Chelan County.
