Shelton police arrest two men, accused of shooting someone to death

SHELTON, Wash. — Shelton Police arrested two men, accused of shooting someone to death inside a home.

Officers say they were called to a home on May Avenue on Monday night at about 10:15 p.m. after someone heard gunshots.

When they arrived, they found a man inside who was no longer alive.

Witnesses told officers they saw two men run off a few minutes after they heard gunshots.

At about 3 a.m., police say one of the men barricaded himself inside a metal shop on Johns Prairie Road. About an hour and a half later he was arrested.

The second man was found at a home and arrested.

Both were booked into the Mason County Jail.
