SEATTLE — A first of its kind to launch at a U.S. airport, Shot Bar is now open at Sea-Tac Airport. The walk-up counter quickly serves shots in a 2-ounce red solo cup for those travelers on the go.
Located on Concourse B, travelers order from a menu of chilled spirits such as Hornitos Crystalino Tequila, Ketel One Botanical Cucumber, Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey and Heritage Brown Sugar Bourbon.
“Limited seats are available for passengers to have a cocktail at the airport due to physical distancing protocols, but the interest from travelers for adult libations remains high,” said owner and celebrity chef Kathy Casey. “SHOT BAR addresses that in a fun and pioneering way! Plus, there’s nothing more fun than a quick shot to kick off vacation.”
Casey has multiple locations at the airport, including Rel’lish Burger Lounge, Lucky Louie Fish Shack and Dish D’Lish.
