SEATTLE — Snow packed a punch earlier this week, and wind on Wednesday led to more power outages in Skykomish, Woodinville, and the North Bend area.
On Thursday, power crews were out in full force working to get people’s power – and heat – back on.

“It’s been almost 24 hours,” said Edy Brangan, a worried father or three children. “We might have to go to another place, like a relative’s (home) maybe.”
Brangan, who lives in a small section of Kirkland, said he’s charging electronics by running his vehicle in the driveway. His biggest concern is his 1-year-old son, Edy Jr.
“It’s really tough," said Brangan.
PSE has been working on the problem in the south Juanita area since Wednesday night. When he drove home from work he saw crews, but when he woke up, they remained in the same spot continuing their work.
Anton Paramrsh told KIRO 7 he’s been without power more than 18 hours. That meant sleeping bags and a stocked fireplace so that he, his wife, and his kids could sleep through the cold night.
“For now, they ignore the problem,” he said, referring to his two kids. “The adults are more concerned.”
As of Thursday night, hundreds of customers were still without power.
