Seattle rapper Macklemore announced his upcoming show in Seattle with a game of one-on-one with Sonics great Shawn Kemp.
In a promotional video, Macklemore takes to the basketball court, wearing a Sonics Kevin Durant jersey, to decide whether or not he will play a show in Seattle.

“Everybody knows, in the old days, that a show at KeyArena, was decided by a basketball game, so I invited my mentor to play me in a game of one on one,” the rapper says in the video.
Of course, that’s when Kemp appears, towering over Macklemore.

If Macklemore wins the game, he plays the concert. If Kemp wins, he gets Macklemore’s car.
The concert is Dec. 22 at KeyArena. Tickets go sale Wednesday at 10 a.m.
