The Sounders FC will take on Toronto FC in the MLS Cup Final Sunday, Nov. 10.
Toronto FC beat Atlanta United FC in the Eastern Conference Championship Wednesday.
According to a news release, this marks the first time Seattle has hosted the MLS Cup in the Sounders' three appearances.
The Sounders upset Los Angeles FC in a 3-1 victory Tuesday night.
Nicolás Lodeiro scored a goal and assisted on two more by Raúl Ruidíaz.
Ruidíaz and Lodeiro scored four minutes apart in the first half to claim the lead for the Sounders, who upset the Supporters' Shield-winning top seed in the Western Conference playoffs with a superb big-game performance. Seattle also beat two-year-old LAFC for the first time in five meetings.
After Toronto FC beat Atlanta, Nick DeLeon said about the Sounders, "We're not intimidated at all."
DeLeon scored the tiebreaking goal in the 78th minute in Wednesday's game against Atlanta.
"It'll be just the same as here. Turf field in a football stadium with a massive crowd. So, it'll be the same. We're looking forward to it," DeLeon said Wednesday night.
Seattle will face the Reds at CenturyLink Field and kickoff is set for 12:00 p.m.
Tickets are being made available to 2019 Sounders FC Season Members tonight, with the public on-sale beginning Friday, November 1 at 10:00 a.m. PT through email and via the following link: https://sndrs.com/ylkwj.
