SEATTLE — New renderings show what the Space Needle will look like after a $100 million makeover is finished.

The renderings show a spectacular and dizzying view with nothing but glass between the visitor and the cityscape.

There are even glass benches on the observation deck.
Inside the restaurant, there will be nothing but a glass floor between the diner and the 500 foot drop to the ground. Diners will use glass tables and sit in glass chairs as well.
Just be careful not to drop a fork.
The Space Needle’s facelift, which is currently underway, is expected to take several years.
