Stabbing victim aided by Seattle business employees

A man that was stabbed multiple times was helped by employees of a Seattle business before medics arrived, according to the Seattle Police Department.

At about 11:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 200 block of Dexter Avenue North.

When officers arrived, they found workers of a South Lake Union business helping a man who had multiple stab wounds to his upper body.

Police provided medical attention until medics with the Seattle Fire Department arrived.

The 55-year-old man was transported to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

The man told police he could not provide any information about the attacker and no one had witnessed the incident.
