STEVENS PASS, Wash. — US 2 at Stevens Pass remained closed Monday night after about a dozen trees and a power line came down, WSDOT officials said.

The pass reopened to traffic around 4:30 a.m.

“Stevens Pass reopened early this morning. However, expect more chances of snow and changing conditions through the rest of the week,” a spokesperson for WSDOT said in a tweet.

US 2 was closed Monday afternoon due to poor winter weather conditions.

The closure extended from the summit at milepost 66 to Coles Corner at milepost 84.
