STEVENS PASS, Wash. — After a two-week delay, Stevens Pass officially opened for the first time this ski season Wednesday morning.
Almost two weeks ago, Stevens Pass only had around 8 inches of snow cover. The resort said it needed at least a 3-foot snow base before opening.
Beginning at 9 a.m., the Daisy, Skyline Express and Brooks Express lifts are up and running.
