SEATTLE — One man is dead after an argument led to gunfire Friday night in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District, police said.
Police said witnesses called 911 before 9 p.m. to report that a man had been shot in the 800 block of South King Street.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound, authorities said.
Police said Seattle Fire Department medics treated the man but he died at the scene.
The King County Medical Examiner will determine the man’s cause of death.
Investigators said they don’t believe it was a random attack.
Officers later arrested the suspect in the homicide. The 21-year-old suspect was booked for investigation of homicide at King County Jail on Sunday morning.
