The biopic about serial killer Ted Bundy, "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile," now has a release date and a new trailer.

The movie set to premiere on Netflix on May 3.

The film, which premiered in Sundance earlier this year, is a chronicle of the crimes of Bundy (Zac Efron) and is told through the perspective of his long-time girlfriend Liz Kloepfer (Lily Collins).

“This is all going to end,” Efron tells Collins in the trailer. “It’s all going to end with the truth,” she replies.

"Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile" was directed by filmmaker Joe Berlinger, who also directed the docuseries "Conversations with a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes," which featured archival footage and audio recordings. It premiered on Netflix on the 30th anniversary of Bundy's execution.
