A person is dead after a fire in a boathouse on the Duwamish Waterway, according to the Seattle Fire Department.
Three boats and a boathouse caught on fire Tuesday.
Seattle firefighters responded to a report of the fire in the 6300 block of First Avenue South.

A WSDOT camera first caught the blaze around 1:30 p.m.
Chopper 7 flew over the scene as firefighters on the ground and a Seattle Fire boat put water on the fire.
At around 2 p.m., the fire was under control.
Firefighters found a deceased person inside the cabin area of one of the boats that caught fire.
According to Seattle police, the fire was determined to be accidental.
Police said a boat had been occupied by the same elderly man for at least ten years.
Witnesses told police the man was in poor health, a heavy smoker and on oxygen.
Footage from Chopper 7 shows three boats and a boathouse appeared to be destroyed.
