Three men are in custody after an armed robbery of a USPS mail carrier in Lynnwood earlier today. The incident occurred shortly after 12 p.m.
The suspects fled in a stolen white passenger vehicle. Police located the car in Lake Forest Park and briefly pursued. During the pursuit, suspects threw packages out of the vehicle's window.
The officer lost track of the vehicle and later found it parked nearby, unoccupied.
A K-9 track was able to locate the three men in a house in the 18500 block of 25th Avenue NE in Shoreline, where they were taken into custody.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
