SEATT;E — More than 5,000 Seattle City Light customers lost power Saturday afternoon after a tree fell on power lines in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood.
City Light reported that at about 3:30 p.m. the outage had affected approximately 5,242 customers from Northeast 40th Street to Green Lake Park.
After 4:30 p.m., City Light reported that all power had been restored to all but about 425 customers.
Crews did not say led to the tree falling on the power lines.
