SHORELINE, Wash. — A Shoreline neighborhood is reeling after a truck slammed into two cars, went through a fence and crashed into a house near 15th Avenue Saturday afternoon.
Witnesses at the scene told KIRO 7's Deedee Sun that the truck sideswiped an SUV and then hit a different car, taking off its mirror before crashing through the fence.
The Shoreline Fire Department said the driver, a man in his early 40s, was experiencing a medical emergency when he crashed.
Fire officials also said the driver was trapped and crews had to cut his vehicle's roof off to get him out. The crash caused enough damage that the fire department had to shore up the house for support.
KIRO 7's Deedee Sun said everyone involved in the crash is expected to be ok, including the driver.
