Two-alarm fire damages apartment building in Auburn

AUBURN, Wash. — A two-alarm fire damaged an apartment building Saturday in Auburn.

Firefighters were called at about 6:43 p.m. to the 2900 block of Auburn Way South as flames were visible from Highway 18, according to firefighters. It was reportedly 102 degrees outside while firefighters were fighting the flames.

No one was injured.

Crews did not say what caused the fire.

The fire remains under investigation.
