The Seattle Police Department (SPD) says a man and woman were shot Tuesday evening in Seattle’s Yesler Terrace neighborhood.
It happened just after 10 p.m. in the area of Boren Ave and E Yesler Way.
SPD says an adult man was shot in the abdomen, and an adult woman was shot in the upper thigh.
Both were taken to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
SPD reports that the suspect left the scene shortly after the shooting and was not found.
Detectives with SPD’s Gun Violence Reduction Unit will be leading the investigation and will work to determine what led to the shooting.
