SEATTLE, Wash. — Spring season is almost here and today vehicle reservations are available today for Washington State Ferries’ Spring 2025 schedule.
This is for the Anacortes/San Juan Islands and Port Townsend/Coupeville routes.
The schedule runs from March 23 through June 14.
Passengers can begin reserving tickets at 10 a.m.
The reservation guarantees a spot for vehicles on the ferry but doesn’t include the fare for the driver— which is a separate ticket. Passengers can buy those tickets at the terminal or on the Washington State Department of Transportation’s (WSDOT) website.
To ensure a smooth experience during this high-demand period, WSF will also continue using a virtual waiting room during the release of the reservations.
WSF says 30% of standard vehicle spaces will be released and 90% of tall, non-standard vehicle spaces (RVs, delivery trucks, etc.) will be released.
Reservations are also free, but WSDOT says if someone doesn’t show up, they will be charged a no-show fee.
