SKYWAY, Wash. — The Anacortes Fire Department says a water main failed while crews were fighting a house fire Sunday.
It happened in Skyline on Cove Court.
The department says the failure severely limited the water supply until the city water department was able to respond and redirect water.
Fire crews say they kept the fire from spreading to other homes and no one was hurt.
No word about what sparked the fire.
