SEATTLE — The body of a woman recovered Wednesday from Lake Washington has been identified.
The King County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the woman as 28-year-old Annie Saechao.
On Sunday, crews were called after 8:30 p.m. for a report of a woman going underwater.
Divers searched for more than an hour and said they were unable to find Saechao, and the scene was turned over to Seattle police.
Saechao’s cause of death was asphyxia due to drowning, and the manner of death was classified as an accident.
