Climate Pledge Arena made its first official show announcement Wednesday morning, with multi-platinum singer The Weeknd set to perform at the newly-renovated venue on Friday, March 4, 2022.
The concert will be one of 66 on The Weeknd’s After Hours World Tour, which kicks off Jan. 14, 2022 in Vancouver, B.C. Tickets for the Seattle show go on sale Monday, Feb. 8 starting at 10 a.m.
The announcement comes as the Toronto artist gets set to headline the Super Bowl LV halftime show this Sunday. The tour is in support of his album, After Hours, featuring number-one hit “Blinding Lights,” which has spent 60 consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The tour is also scheduled to make a stop at the Tacoma Dome on May 1, 2022. For more information, visit TheWeeknd.com/Tour.
