Where to see holiday lights around Western Washington

Here are some spots to see holiday lights around Western Washington this year.

At the Seattle Center, you can see Winterfest 2017. "Connect to a world of sparkling lights, child-sized amusements and spirited entertainment at Seattle Center Winterfest, Nov. 24 – Dec. 31, in Center venues and on the grounds."

In Stanwood, more than one million Christmas lights will be displayed during 22 days in December, spread over 15 acres at Warm Beach Camp in Stanwood, Washington.

In Spanaway Park, you can see the Fantasy Lights display. "Pierce County Parks and Recreation is pleased to present the 23rd annual 'Fantasy Lights at Spanaway Park,' ... featuring nearly 300 elaborate displays and thousands of sparkling lights."

At the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, you can visit ZooLights. "See the zoo transformed into a colorful winter wonderland with more than a half-million lights."

At Bellevue's Botanical Garden, you can visit the Garden d'Lights display. "Garden d’Lights features over half a million sparkling lights formed into the whimsical shapes of plants, flowers, birds, animals, and cascading waterfalls set amid the natural beauty of the Bellevue Botanical Garden."

At the Woodland Park Zoo, you can visit WildLights. "More than 600,000 energy-efficient LED lights recreate wild animals and wild places in two and three dimensions along the zoo’s pathways and North Meadow."
