TACOMA, Wash. — A woman who is suspected of starting a fire at a Tacoma house is in custody, police said.
Firefighters and police were called to the 400 block of South 38th Street just before 7 p.m. for a house fire that was reported as arson.
Everyone inside the home got out safely, and no injuries were reported, fire crews said.
Police said a 24-year-old woman was arrested for investigation of first-degree domestic violence arson.
The investigation remains ongoing.
