SWAT teams left what was a busy scene overnight after swarmed a home in Seattle's Cedar Park neighborhood.
Police said a 31-year-old woman went to a home in the 13200 block of 35th Avenue Northeast just after 11 p.m. Tuesday to confront a 27-year-old woman.
The two women argued for a short time before the 31-year-old started to leave. As she was walking away from the home, she felt something she believed to be a gun shoved into her back just before she heard a single gunshot, according to the victim.
She fled and was later found by two people who called 911 and began giving her medical aid.
Arriving officers were unable to find the suspect, but collected enough evidence to get a search warrant to enter the 27-year-old woman’s home.
SWAT officers arrived and served the search warrant. The woman was not inside.
Detectives are working to find her.
Officers left the scene shortly before 5 a.m. Wednesday.
