Lynnwood man injured in ice caves collapse dies

LYNNWOOD, Wash. — A Lynnwood man has died from his injuries three months after a collapse at the Big Four Ice Caves that also killed his sister.

The Herald reports David Santana died Friday.

He leaves behind a wife and three children, including a son who was born after the July collapse.

Santana's sister, Anna, was crushed and killed the day of the collapse.

The popular hiking destination has been closed ever since.
