Police said he appeared to have suffered head wounds from a chainsaw.
On Tuesday at 1 a.m., a 34-year-old man was arrested in the slaying. Police said he was a tenant on the Blank Road property.
A friend of the victim said the victim had asked the suspect to move out a few days ago.
