Everett Community College was in lockdown on Monday after a report of a man with a gun, according to the Everett Police Department.
At about 1 p.m. on June 6, the official Twitter account for Everett Community College reported campus was in lockdown due to a report of a man with a gun at Starbucks.
Officials said to lock doors, close blinds and turn out lights.
Approximately 13 minutes later, the college sent an update saying the lockdown had ended and all buildings were reopened and classes had resumed.
According to the Everett police, the person with a gun was in custody and there was no danger to the public.
