Police looking for woman who helped attack victim who was forced to take drugs

MUKILTEO, Wash. — Police are looking for a woman who is believed to have helped a domestic violence victim who was forced to take a controlled substance.

Mukilteo police said that on May 19 at 9:40 p.m., officers were called to a domestic violence incident in the 9600 block of Harbour Place.

Arriving officers found that a woman had been seriously assaulted and was forced to take a controlled substance that rendered her unconscious.

Officers gave her Narcan to counter the effects of the drug, and she was revived and taken to a local hospital.

Mukilteo police are continuing to investigate the attack and are asking for the public's help. Detectives would like to talk to anyone who was at the scene during the incident, particularly the woman seen in photographs wearing a red dress. Police believe that she helped the victim before police arrived and may be able to provide important information.
