Rite Aid pharmacy robbed by 3 men in Bellevue

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Police are hoping surveillance images will help identity three men responsible for robbing a Rite Aid pharmacy at Factoria Square Mall in Bellevue.

Police said the men entered the store about 8:53 p.m. Sunday and then accessed the pharmacy by reaching behind the counter and opening the door.

Once in the back of the pharmacy, one of the men pointed what appeared to be a handgun at the pharmacy workers, attacked an employee and stole packages of drugs.

The men then ran away toward a nearby Safeway.

Bellevue detectives are investigating the case.

Police said there was another pharmacy robbery on Sept. 16 in Bellevue that may have involved the same suspects, and they may also be wanted in other similar cases throughout the Northwest.

Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and charges of the suspects in this case. Anyone with information may call 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) with information. Tipsters need not provide their name to receive the reward.
