Ronell Latroy Mitchell Ronell Mitchell is a Black man who is 22 years old, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He is known to frequent Snohomish County and has ties to the Tacoma area as well. (Kitsap County Sheriff's Office)
