PUYALLUP, Wash. — A 42-year-old woman was hurt Saturday in a zipline fall at the Meeker Days in Puyallup, police said.
Police said the woman was on a zipline in front of City Hall on South meridian and West Pioneer Avenue when her zipline broke at about 4:20 p.m.
Police said they do not know how high the fall was from.
The woman was taken to a hospital to be treated for a minor scalp laceration.
The zipline incident is one of two incidents at Meeker Days where people were hurt.
Earlier Saturday, multiple people were hurt after an amusement train caboose tipped over.
