SHORELINE, Wash. — A suspected drunken driver did so much damage to a Shoreline home that it’s been condemned.

A KIRO 7 viewer sent video from Friday night that shows the car hitting the home and smashing into at least two bedrooms on Northeast 168th Street.

Police say the driver was a 26-year-old man, who's now being investigated for driving under the influence.

Video showed a tow truck lifted the car out from inside the home.

Neighbors told KIRO 7 the homeowner is staying in a nearby hotel because her home is unsafe.
