SEATTLE, Wash. — Seahawks’ wide receiver Jermaine Kearse might not play next year, says ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
According to Schefter, Kearse is "looking forward to finding a new home."
Kearse, a long-time Seattle resident, played football in college for the University of Washington.
The Seahawks signed Kearse in 2012 as an undrafted free agent.
Seahawks WR Jermaine Kearse reiterated Thursday that he does not plan to return to Seattle and is looking forward to finding a new home.

Kearse told Schefter in January that he wouldn't stay is Seattle for a hometown discount.
"I love my hometown, but I've put in too much hard work to give a discount," he said at the time. " My number one priority is to take care of my family's future, so I will consider all opportunities."
