PIERCE COUNTY — Pierce County is accepting personal protection equipment donations from the community to distribute to first responders, healthcare staff and essential workers in the community.
Donation sites are open from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., April 8 and 9, in Tacoma and Bonney Lake.
Drop off locations:
Pierce County Emergency Management, 2415 South 35th Street, Tacoma
19500 block of SR 410 East, Bonney Lake, in front of Planet Fitness
Donations accepted:
- Disinfectant wipes
- Hand sanitizer
- Medical face shields
- Medical gloves
- Medical safety goggles
- N95 masks
- Surgical gowns and masks
- Tyvek suits
- Handmade face covers
Not accepted:
- Non-PPE donations
- Used PPE
- Food, drinks, perishable items
- Money
