An investigation is underway after a fatal fire in Mason County on Thursday evening.
Crews responded to a report of a structure fire off Mason Lake Road.
When firefighters arrived, they found a fully involved fire at a travel trailer.
The fire killed one person and another person was able to escape.
Investigators said access to the trailer was difficult because of snow buildup on the private driveway.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
