ONALASKA, Wash. — SWAT units, trucks and more than a dozen police cruisers lined View Ridge Road Thursday searching a rural Onalaska home neighbors have complained about for years.

“The sheriff’s department here told us to keep calling them, so we do, every time we see something,” said neighbor Eddie Mosteller.

Thursday morning the FBI arrested Two Dogs Fasaga, also known as Justin McLeod, on a federal firearms violation warrant.

Deputies said they’re familiar with the 39-year-old Onalaska man.

“Local law enforcement has had contact with him and we also know he’s gone by the name of Justin McLeod,” said Chief Dusty Breen, Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

Lewis County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer said Fasaga has more than two dozen convictions, including crimes of violence, multiple firearm violations and eluding police.

He’s also connected to a 2018 drive-by shooting in Lewis County, which lead to his arrest this week.

“He’s been quite crazy, actually,” said neighbor Patsy Moore. “He’d get all hyped out and get out of the car and wanna fight with you.”

Fasaga appeared in federal court Thursday afternoon.
