TACOMA, Wash. — Police arrested one person after a fire was set outside a Tacoma middle school early Tuesday morning.
Tacoma officers discovered the fire after someone reported a disturbance outside Gray Middle School around 5 a.m.
Fire crews arrived to find a small fire of flammable liquid burning that had been set near a broken window.
The flames did not make it inside the school.
Tacoma officers arrested a suspect a short time later.
