NEW YORK — "Saturday Night Live" kicked off its 45th season Saturday with a topsy-turvy performance from musical guest Billie Eilish.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the iconoclastic pop star sang her hit "Bad Guy" while appearing to dance on the ceiling and walls of a rotating set. The song, which has been a fixture on the Billboard Hot 100 for 25 weeks, made headlines last month when it took the No. 1 spot from Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road."
In a subdued second performance, the 17-year-old sang "I Love You" while perched on a stool as her brother, Finneas O'Connell, played guitar, "Entertainment Tonight" reported.

The season premiere, hosted by Woody Harrelson, also featured appearances from Alec Baldwin as President Donald Trump, Larry David as Democratic presidential candidate and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, and Liev Schreiber as himself.
"Saturday Night Live" returns next week with host Phoebe Waller-Bridge and musical guest Taylor Swift.
