Where they’re going they’re gonna need roads.
Christopher Lloyd is teaming up with “Expedition Unknown” host Josh Gates to find one of the classic ‘80s DeLoreans that was used in the “Back to the Future” trilogy.
One of the cars is in the Peterson Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, but there were six others used in the film franchise, Entertainment Weekly reported.
Discovery announced “Expedition: Back to the Future” last year, but it premieres this month.
The project with Lloyd and Gates to track down another DeLorean time machine will follow their adventure tracking down the piece of film history.
During their quest, they meet with Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson and others who were connected with “Back to the Future.”
There’s even a cameo of “Mr. Strickland” in his post-high school career as a security guard.
The pair hope to find the car so they can donate it to The Michael J. Fox Foundation, Discovery announced.
“Expedition: Back to the Future” will air on Discovery+ starting March 15.
