Coca-Cola announced today a new limited-edition drink that will appear on shelves starting Monday.
The drink is called “Starlight,” and the company said the drink combined the classic taste of Coca-Cola with “a dash of the unexpected.” Pictures show the drink to be more red than the classic cola. In a news release, Coca-Cola described the taste saying it “includes additional notes reminiscent of stargazing around a campfire, as well as a cooling sensation that evokes the feeling of a cold journey to space.”
A reporter for CNN who sampled the new drink described it as a sweeter version of Coca-Cola, and confirmed the drink was, in fact, red.
Coca-Cola has partnered with singer Ava Max for the drink’s launch, and fans who buy it can scan the can or bottle on an exclusive website to unlock an augmented reality private concert experience featuring Ava Max, People reported.

Coca-Cola Starlight will be available in stores in the United States beginning Monday, Feb. 21. While Coca-Cola said the drink would only be available for a limited time, it did not specify how long it would be in stores.
